From galaxies far far away our team has come together with a vision that we can help any company grow and reach their moonshot.

Our founder Kiem Ho, honed his skills early on at marketing empires, P&G, the Campbell Soup Company, and Henkel AG.

Now Kiem combines the marketing forces of branding, strategy, digital, inbound, and execution into a simple delivery method that enables companies to emotionally connect with their customers. His rebel team is growing and on a mission to help you win your competitive battles.

Kiem has the perfect hairdo to wear many hats at M11.

From strategy and branding to creative and execution, you’ll get a diverse set of insights and best practices from his experiences.
His marketing career took him to Procter & Gamble, Campbell Soup Company, Europe with Henkel AG, NASM, and HEASLEY & PARTNERS.
Kiem received his B.A. from BYU and an MBA from UT Austin

Chellie Buzzeo is your Creative Director. Chellie is a master of all things creative, an ad expert, logo legend, brand standards bearer, collateral queen, and website wizard. Chellie’s worked with the Mayo Clinic, PetSmart Charities, Allied Signal, Arizona Heart Institute, and professional sports teams. She can do almost anything but cook.

Chellie graduated from Colorado State University in graphic design.

Creative Director

Suresh has worked with cutting edge solutions for over two decades, including emerging Fintech, Insurance, edTech and cyber security products. His keen understanding of marketing and ability to launch new innovations has reached millions of users. Suresh’s technical and digital expertise help clients understand how to best grow their businesses.

Suresh has two graduate degrees in Engineering and Resource Management from the University of South Carolina.

Caroline Ho is your Strategy Director. Caroline ensures that moonshot 11 is on the leading edge for our clients. She’s the quicker-fixer-upper of our team and simplifies even the most complex issues. Caroline began her career at Texas Instruments, AMD, and a global consulting firm.

Caroline received a B.S. in Pre-Med at BYU and a Master of Organizational Development from UT Austin.
