Creative & Copy
Becky Antioco is a storyteller at heart. Through brand development, copywriting, blogging, and magazine writing, she’s been helping companies tell their stories for more than 20 years. You name it, she’s probably written it, from annual reports and white papers, to radio ads and press releases, billboards and mailers, web copy and print collateral.
Becky honed her love of cars and travel as editor-in-chief and creative services manager at AAA, where she also learned the important tenet that a brand is much more than just a logo. While she spent much of her career in travel and tourism, first with AAA, and then with the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association, she has written for companies in a variety of industries, including insurance and finance, education, utilities, automotive, and healthcare, to name a few.
A Connecticut native, Becky fled the New England winters to attend Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications. Her travels have taken her across the country and around the world, where she’s jumped out of a plane, graduated from Cowboy College, swung on a flying trapeze, and learned to travel through challenges ranging from motion-sick kids to airport security breaches and at-sea collisions with errant fishing boats.
When she’s not writing, driving, or traveling, you’ll probably find Becky on the tennis court, or trying to keep up with her two busy teenagers.
